1.Home Page

The Home page consists of five part:

  1. On the main menu, users can click on different functions.
  2. Introduction to the upgrade content of MISIM v2.0 version for MISIM version.
  3. A quick start guide to help users quickly understand the functions of different modules.
  4. The related resources link.
  5. Members' introduction.

2.ALL vs ALL Similarity

  1. Input data box, input the collection data of miRNA, such as (hsa-mir-xx or hsa-let-xxx). Click sample example to provide basic samples.
  2. Select the option of considering up/down regulation in the similarity calculation.
  3. Button to submit.
  4. Display the network structure for the data of the result box (user's choice or default).
  5. Functional Enrichment the data of the result box (user's choice or default).
  6. Download the data of the result box (user selects or defaults) to disk.
  7. Click the box before data to select data.
  8. Click this icon to order data in ascending or descending.

3.One vs ALL Similarity

  1. Input data box, input the collection data of miRNA, such as (hsa-mir-xx or hsa-let-xxx). Click sample example to provide basic samples.
  2. Select the option of considering up/down regulation in the similarity calculation.
  3. The desired threshold interval.
  4. Button to submit.
  5. Display the network structure for the data of the result box (user's choice or default).
  6. Functional Enrichment the data of the result box (user's choice or default).
  7. Download the data of the result box (user selects or defaults) to disk.
  8. Click the box before data to select data.
  9. Click this icon to order data in ascending or descending.

4.miRNA-Disease Association

  1. Input data box, input two interested miRNAs, such as (hsa-mir-xx or hsa-let-xxx). Click sample example to provide basic samples.
  2. Select the option of considering up/down regulation in the similarity calculation.
  3. Button to predict.
  4. The tables of the predicting results of the two miRNAs.
  5. Download the data of the result box (user selects or defaults) to disk.

5.miRNA-Disease Association for all

  1. Input data box, input one interested miRNAs, such as (hsa-mir-xx or hsa-let-xxx). Click sample example to provide basic samples.
  2. Select the option of considering up/down regulation in the similarity calculation.
  3. Button to predict.
  4. The tables of the predicting results of the input miRNA.
  5. Download the data of the result box (user selects or defaults) to disk.
